LEASE AREA (FLOOR AREA) SURVEYS

You may require a lease area survey to negotiate a rental rate. These surveys are undertaken in
accordance with the Property Council of Australia (PCA) guidelines and were previously known
as BOMA surveys. They can relate to part of a building or a whole building or site.

Some long term leases may require the preparation of a subdivision plan for lease purposes.
